Acidity

Acidity is the presence of acid in a substance such as water, wine, soil, juices etc. The level of acidity is measured by certain process of acidimetry.

Acidity is also a term used in healthcare for higher acidity level in gastric juices in our metabolism that causes health problems. A person suffering from acidity experience discomfort, dyspepsia, heartburn and the formation of ulcers.
