Armand de Caulaincourt

Armand de Caulaincourt (1772-1827) was a French general and statesman of the Empire, a faithful supporter of Napoleon, who conferred on him a peerage, with the title of Duke of Vicenza, of which he was deprived at the Restoration. He represented Napoleon at the Congress of Châtillon.
