Asauta

Asauta is a village in Banka district of Bihar in India. It is said to have been established by Maharani Chandarjoti after her leaving Kharagpur. The Maharani built a Garh (fort) and a tank at Asauta. She also built a mosque for her son. The ruins of the Garh and mosque still exist.
