Ash dieback

Ash dieback is a serious fungal disease of the European ash tree. It causes the branches of the tree to die a progressive death. The disease is caused by Hymenoscyphus pseudoalbidus, also known by the name Chalara fraxinea, subdivision Ascomycotina.
