Forward Pricing

Forward pricing is a term used in the stock market for a system of trading that is regulated by a Security and Exchange Commission that requires investment companies price all of their buy and sell orders for fund shares, particularly for open-ended mutual fund transactions, according to the next net asset value (NAV). It is to be noted that the Mutual Funds themselves issue and redeem mutual fund shares at the most recent NAV.
