Samuel Cocceji

Samuel Cocceji (1679-1755), also Samuel von Cocceji, was Minister of Justice and Chancellor of Prussia under Frederick the Great. He was son of Heinrich von Cocceji. He was a prince of lawyers, and "a very Hercules in cleansing law stables" as law-reformer.
