Sir Creswell Creswell

Sir Creswell Creswell (1794-1863), born Cresswell Easterby, was an English judge, born in Newcastle. He represented Liverpool in Parliament. He was raised to the bench by Peel, and, on the establishment of the Divorce Court, was in 1858 named first judge.
