The Grand Climacteric

The Grand Climacteric is a term used traditionally to refer to the 63rd year of a man's life, and the average limit of it. A climacteric being every seven years of one's life, and reckoned critical.

Nevertheless, there are other theorists who consider the 81st year of human life as the Grand Climacteric, and every 9th year as climacteric. The term is also used by some to refer physiological period of reproductive decline, including menopause.
