Barcelona chair

Barcelona chair is an armless chair. It has padded leather cushions and curved metal frame. It was originally designed for the King of Spain by Mies van der Rohe and Lilly Reich, for the German Pavilion at the International Exposition of 1929, hosted by Barcelona. Only two such chairs were made at that time for the German Pavilion, however, their commercial production started soon after, which instantly became popular.
