Sushil Kutty - 2025-05-28 11:42
President Donald Trump needs no introduction. Trump was the guy who came to India and attended a Modi jamboree at the 'Modi Stadium', where cricket is played and the ball of whichever colour, red or white, never sails out of the stadium's perimeter, it's that big!

Arun Srivastava - 2025-05-28 11:40
It is wrong to construe that Narendra Modi is for reforms. Though certainly not an alien word, it nonetheless occupies the lowest slot on the doormat of his agenda. His May 30 visit to Rohtas and Bikramganj in the western Bihar is the second in last twenty days with four more visits in the pipeline during the next two months.

COLLATERAL DAMAGE OF ECONOMIC NATIONALISM IGNORED
Dr. Imran Khalid - 2025-05-28 11:32
By the time Washington and Beijing released their latest joint statement on May 12 - ostensibly pressing pause on a spiraling tariff war - much of the world exhaled in cautious relief. But beneath the performative diplomacy and sterile communiqués, a quieter suffering has gone largely unheard. For the world’s most vulnerable economies, the damage is neither paused nor negotiable. It is metastasizing.

Dr Arun Mitra - 2025-05-27 12:00
The unprecedented humanitarian crisis going on in Gaza is extremely disturbing. No sane and sensitive person can ever condone this on any pretext. Only the beastly instinct can make one kill the innocent toddlers. With an official figure of over 55000 people killed out of which 70% are women and children, the situation is beyond condemnation.

GOVERNMENT MUST NOT NEGLECT THE ISSUE, MULTIPRONGED STRATEGY REQUIRED
Dr. Gyan Pathak - 2025-05-27 11:54
The leaders and top officials of the ruling establishment led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi have just boasted of India replacing Japan as fourth largest economy of the world, falsely giving an impression that economy is performing well. Microfinance loan delinquencies have jumped 163 per cent in 2024-25, financial institutions are applying break on providing them loan, after warning issued by the Reserve Bank of India. It is resulting in the poor people falling in the hands of private money lenders extracting exorbitant interest rates making their lives more miserable. It is a serious issue that needs urgent attention of the Government.

SHEHBAZ SHARIF AND ASIM MUNIR ARE DESPERATE TO DEFAME INDIA IN FOUR NATION TOUR
Sushil Kutty - 2025-05-27 11:52
One good thing coming out of India's "4-Day War", aka 'Operation Sindoor', is the thaw in relations between Pakistan and Iran, two Islamic countries which share a border and often end up trading fire across the same border. Iran is a country worth cultivating or left to its own devices. Pakistan, on the other hand, can be left to its own devices only at India's peril.
